Upon completion of our initial discovery call, we will create a tailored Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the scope, deliverables, and associated costs. This document serves as a comprehensive roadmap for the project, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement on expectations.entirety.
Once we receive the signed Statement of Work (SOW), payment, and completed briefing template with accompanying mood board, we can begin working on your project. To ensure a successful outcome, we will follow a structured design process, consisting of the following stages: [list each stage of the design process]. After the agreed-upon timeframe since receiving all necessary information from you, we are now prepared to present our work. While it can be tempting to dive into feedback immediately, it's crucial to allow the presented information to fully sink in for at least a day or two. This allows you to thoroughly consider each element and its significance. If necessary adjustments are required, they may be summarized via email or presented in person if more context is needed.
After approval of the design, all files and exports will be delivered securely via our managed file transfer (MFT) system. Our team will remain available to address any issues or concerns you may have, ensuring a smooth transition and continued support.
